Training them should never be harsh. Poodles are very sensitive and they donít respond well from scolding and spanking. Positive reinforcement with treats and over the top praises is the best approach to train Poodles.

Poodles are very eager to please. They are affectionate and never aggressive towards people. They are social butterflies and very amiable. Poodles are naturally good with children. They are warm and playful with their young masters and mistresses. But this can only be achieved through extensive socialization when Poodles are still young.

Play time is essential for this breed. Always have time to play with them. They may not require vigorous exercises but they need their regular dose of accompanied play and training.

They can adapt well in any type of living conditions. Poodles do not require expansive areas to be happy. Apartment living is good enough for them. Housetraining Poodles is amazingly very easy. They are naturally clean and with consistent housetraining, they will know where is the intended spot for them to pee or move their bowels.

Having a well-trained Poodle as companions will make you a fanatic of the breed. They are fun, funny, friendly, loyal, and loving pets.
