They are given special feed 

Unlike the regular chicken that are put in feed lot and given a soy and corn feed along with antibiotics and growth hormones which are harmful for the birds and as well make the meat harmful to a certain extent, omega 3 chicken are given a very natural, different, and special feed. These chickens are grass-fed and given a specially made feed along with that which helps attain the perfect and healthiest EPA profiles. These balanced EPA profiles makes these chickens healthier and much more nutritious in comparison to the regular chickens. 

They have lower amount of saturated fats

Since omega 3 chickens are raised by keeping chicken in large barns and giving them a special feed, they eat better and they have a good moving ground due to which fat is not accumulated in their bodies. This leads to the omega 3 chickens having lesser amount of saturated fats in comparison to the feedlot chicken which are made to gain weight quickly and their feed also leads to higher fat accumulation in these chickens.
