Follow the below all instructions and steps to create a new company file in Sage 50 Pro, Premium, and Quantum software.

Go to File Menu.
Click on New Company.
In the New Company Setup Wizard, click the Next option.
Follow then below all instructions and then click on Next.
Click on the Finish option.

When you create a new company from an existing company file/data, the new company’s default posting period is set to the same posting period as the existing company.
