Before getting into the whole guide, I need to point out that it is ILLEGAL in The United States Of America to make or own a fake ID, even if you intend on using it for legal purposes. So this guide will cover what you need to know about buying them, but not how to make them! And making Fake IDs are considered illegal by the US laws too. Now that’s said, let’s get into everything you should know before buying or owning a fake id.

First of all – What is an id? An id is another identification word. This can be anything from your drivers’ license to your school ID card. An “id” without being attached to any official documentation is nothing more than a printed-out card with some form of picture and your name on it.

You can try, but be prepared to face legal repercussions, including heavy fines or even jail time if you are caught. They are pretty easily identified if they are fake or real. Well, then what is the difference between a Fake ID and REAL/REGULAR id?

There are many differences that you need to know. Typically, the fake id top ones are poorly made: thick paper with no raised text or numbers printed on it, inferior printed pictures with a weird glossy coating over them, etc. In comparison, real ones are typically very thin plastic with an embedded hologram that contains all of your information inside of it. Also, they have raised text and numbers on them for easy scanning (which also means they cannot be photocopied). An additional feature is UV printing, which can only be seen under black light (typically at parties you would use these)! There are many more features, but that’s up to you to learn about!

How much do Fake IDs cost?

You can typically buy them for $100-$200. The price depends on your state or which country you’re in! And the site that is selling them to you.

What about shipping?

Fake IDs are mostly shipped United States Postal Service first class mail. This way, they cannot be traced if it gets intercepted by customs! It’s up to you if you want to use this shipper or not, though! The Fake ID will always come from either Pennsylvania (where the creator of the fake id resides) or New York City (Where he has contacts). Now what happens is that once it’s shipped, it’s sent to wherever you live, and that’s where it gets tricky. You need to figure out how to receive the package without anyone’s knowledge.
