QuickBooks Error 404 – Causes and Resolve Issue

Error 404 is a common issue in QuickBooks Accounting this occurs when QuickBooks fails to sync with Intuit Servers. Steps to Fix Issue 404 in QuickBooks

Internet Setting
First, Open Internet Explorer >> Select Tools Internet option
Click on Security Tab >> Trusted Sites >> Sites
Add *.intuit.com and *.quickbooks.com
Now Close on OK
Log off company file >> Close QuickBooks
Last, Restart QuickBooks

Check Internet Speed:
Open internet browser >> go to setting
Set internet browser as the default browser
If net slow, contact internet service provider

Update and Repair QB:
Open QuickBooks >> “Help” menu
Choose “Update QuickBooks Desktop” >> completely update QuickBooks
