Politics directly brings us to the term called “power”. The entire world revolves around this word- power. Power has always been distributed in two forms

1. The one who exercises the power (elites).
2. The one who has to always endure the power implemented on him. (people other than elites).

The two forms of power distribution are there but what about the uniformity? Do you think that power is equally divided among all the people? The answer is NO. The person who exercises the power has ample power to implement on the people lower to him, but the person who has to endure the power has zero power in his hands to deny himself to become the resistance of the power implemented on him. This is what we called politics- the showcasing of excess power over the people who can’t revert.

The term politics could have been way better if it would have been exercised according to the true meaning of politics. The true meaning of politics is to serve the community with help of the power a person possesses. But the current meaning of politics is to make the community serve the elites of the society who exercise enormous powers in their hands. 

Integrity

The degree of Integrity can’t be measured because this single term includes all moral and ethical principles in itself. The person with integrity will always be honest and will show constant and uncompromising efforts to adhere to strict moral values. The definition of integrity is, to be honest, and truthful. 

Integral Politics

The normative nature of  Integral Politics is to serve the community with the best you have in your hands. Integral Politics is an ideal concept for any society which ought to be a society that emphasizes the built capacity of people at an intrinsic level of development subjected to observe the merits and demerits of the power which has been exercised upon the citizens. The idea of Integral Politics is to weave more optimal political solutions that will honor both the parties- people who exercise the power and the people who endure the power. Seeing the actual current scenario in politics and reading about integral politics, do you find any logic, that these two words could exist together? Politics and Integrity contradict each other. You can find examples everywhere be it your workplace, or at your home, or anywhere. These two words can not go hand in hand. According to the present scenario of society, only one of them can exist- “integrity” or “politics”. 

Conclusion

People with high moral values and who adhere to all the ethical principles should never enroll in politics because of the fact that power can make a person lose his power to control his brain. Politics and power set so much bait for the people with a clear head that after they come into the trap of politics and power will definitely exercise it in the wrong way.

As mentioned above, the degree of integrity can’t be measured but the degree of wrong deeds committed by a person connected with politics can be measured. Somehow the people with good intentions will also make dirty decisions because power is something that can easily manipulate your brain and will drag you to the path of deception. For a fact, being an elite member of society, you can come down from heaven to hell for covering all your dirty deeds and will start filling your bucket of faults with time.
