Free pardon

For a respite to be considered, there must be a substantial evidence that in the event of the pardon not being granted, there would be some hardships or inequality faced by the subject. If there is no community risk in offering respite, it can be considered.

Relief from prohibitions
Relief from prohibitions removes the alteration of a prohibition that was levied by the court. This happens when there is an evidence that the prohibition is causing an undue difficulty to the candidate and that the removal of prohibition will not pose a community risk.
