Inspections and warning letters issued by the state to maintain law can cause tension or confusion in the case where the offender does not know where and how to cope with FDA inspection database. FDA Form 483 Warning Letter also provides information or documentation collected on site as evidence and provides information on responses made by the company. The U.S State Food and Drug Agency takes into consideration all the information collected either as evidence and used to fairly judge the verdict.
