Here are the steps you need to take to set up an HP printer using the WPS button.

Open the Control Panel on your HP printer and press Wireless or Settings button, you will see a blue light start blinking.
Now, you need to open a Wi-Fi protected setup and then follow the instructions on the printer.
Now, select the option of the WPS button, and then the printer will ask you to press the WPS button on the router.
After pressing the button, look at the HP printer screen and Hit Continue to establish the connection.

Now, the connection between your printer and router is established, and it is ready to print some documents.

You can use these steps to set up your printer with your router using the WPS pin.

Open the Control Panel on your HP printer and press the Wireless button and open settings, you will see a blue light start blinking.

A prompt for the pin will appear, tap on it to see the WPS pin.
Now, you have to access the configuration utility of the software for the wireless access point and enter the WPS pin in there.
