COVID-19 facilities are on the rise today, and convention centers are of big help to this! These event spaces are now being converted into temporary quarantine facilities. These spaces are now being held to contain patients under investigation (PUIs) and returning overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) as part of their mandatory 14-day quarantine.
This method has been of huge help to medical facilities! Some hospitals are even collaborating with convention centers to provide health workers that can care for the patients. Some, even consist of volunteers, clients, and partners.
